Simply Soups/Chili - We will show how to make some quick and delicious soups and Chili's such as Three Bean & Black and White Chili, and fresh cornbread - Yummy!

 Basic Whole Wheat Bread - We will turn whole grain into fresh ground wholesome nutritious flour right before your eyes.  Learn to make whole wheat bread, pizza, and cinnamon rolls from scratch.
