Shipping Policies; Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, except for weekends and holidays via Federal Express or US Postal Service. Call us 503-362-1552 for other shipping methods.
If a product is out-of-stock the order will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock. We will send you an email letting you know the order is backordered.
Shipping will be calculated and you will be contacted by email for the total amount before shipping.
International Buyers - Please Note - Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's custom's office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company. When you pick up the item do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International Government Regulations prohibit such behavior.
Returns Policy: New/Unused items may be returned to All "Ur" Kitchen Kneads & Bosch Kitchen Center for refund or exchange for a period of 15 days after purchase. Refunds are less shipping costs and are subject to a 10% restocking fee with a minimum of $10.00. This fee is to cover our credit card processing fees and labor. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges All returns must be given a return authorization code from All "Ur" Kitchen Kneads & Bosch Kitchen Center. You may obtain an RA code by calling 1-503-362-1552.
Returns must be in original boxes or wrappers and include all original materials including instruction manuels. Each return will be inspected upon return. Return merchandise must be unused and original box and item purchased must look new, not scratched, scuffed etc. Please take care to put adequate packaging material around items to be returned.
Postage and shipping insurance are the responsibility of the sender. Shipping insurance doesn't cover shipping damage caused by inadequate packing.
Defective Equipment. We will replace defective equipment for up to 30 days. If we cannot replace the equipment we will refund the original purchase price less shipping. After the 30 day time period the Manufacturers warranty will apply.
Damaged Package; Items damaged in transit should be reported immediately with the carrier that delivered the item (UPS, Fed Express, etc) Also notify All "UR Kitchen Kneads & Bosch Kitchen Center 503-362-1552. If your package is lost or stolen, you may contact us at 503-362-1552 we have a tracking number confirming delivery to your location, then you should report this to the carrier that delivered the item immediately. All "Ur" Kitchen Knead & Bosch Kitchen Center is not responsibile for lost or stolen packages.
Privacy Policy: Any customer information given to All "UR Kitchen Kneads & Bosch Kitchen Center will be used exclusively to process customer orders and to communicate with said customers. Such customer information will not be distributed, sold, or released to any other entity.
